1. Professional Consultancy & Audits

Choose Solution LTD, based in Cwmbran, provides specialist consultancy for cladding and flooring. All technical audits and consultancy sessions are subject to a paid-in-advance policy. Services will be scheduled only after the initial audit fee has been settled in full.

2. Project Delivery & Subcontracting

We operate as a technical consultancy and project management firm. For physical execution, we utilize a strategic network of vetted, local sub-contractors in major areas across the UK, including London and Bristol, to ensure efficient delivery.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Any cancellation or rescheduling of a site audit must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a partial or total loss of the upfront audit fee to cover administrative and resource allocation costs..

4. Liability & Compliance

Choose Solution LTD ensures that all consultancy advice meets current UK building regulations. However, final responsibility for on-site health and safety during the execution phase remains with the appointed lead contractor.
